M7i Chassis Grounding, Connection, and Cable Specifications
To ground a router, connect a grounding cable to earth ground and then attach it to the chassis grounding point on the rear of the chassis.
Table 1 summarizes the specifications for the groundingcable, which you must supply.

Figure 1 shows the location of the grounding point on the upper left side of the M7i router above the power supplies.
