To connect the TX Matrix Plus router to an offline T1600 router, you need the following tools and parts:

• Phillips (+) screwdriver, number 2
• Small slotted screwdriver, at least 4 in. long (for the fiber-optic array ports)
• Dust-free resealable plastic bags for temporary storage of fiber-optic array port dust covers
• Electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding wrist strap
