PIC/FPC Compatibility (M40e Router)
Table 1 provides a PIC/FPC compatibility matrix for the current PICs supported by the M40e router. The table lists the first Junos OS Release in which the FPC supports the PIC. For example, Junos OS Release 7.2 is the first release in which the M40e-FPC1-EP supports the ATM2 OC3/STM1 IQ, 2-port PIC.
