Locating JCS1200 Component Serial Numbers Overview

Before contacting Juniper Networks, Inc. to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), you must find the serial number on the platform or component. Most components have a small rectangular serial number ID label (see Figure 1) attached to the component body. You can also display the JCS1200 platform components and serial numbers from the management module command-line interface (CLI).
