TX Matrix Plus TXP-CIP LEDs
Three LEDs—ACTIVE, OK, FAIL indicate the status of the TXP-CIP (Table 1).

ACTIVE | Green | On steadily | TXP-CIP is in active mode and actively passing traffic to a T1600 router. |
– | Off | TXP-CIP is not actively passing traffic to a T1600 router. | |
OK | Green | On steadily | TXP-CIP is functioning normally. |
– | Off | TXP-CIP is offline, or is not seated properly, or is not receiving power from the power supply. | |
FAIL | Yellow | On steadily | TXP-CIP has failed. |
– | Off | No faults have been detected for the TXP-CIP. |
Each control plane port on the TXP-CIP has two LEDs that indicate the status of the link. Other ports are reserved for future use.
