M320 Power System Description
The M320 router uses either AC or DC power supplies. The router is configurable with two, three, or four AC power supplies or two or four DC power supplies. The power supplies connect to the midplane, which distributes the different output voltages produced by the power supplies to the router components, depending on their voltage requirements.
All power supplies are hot-removable and hot-insertable. Each power supply is cooled by its own internal cooling system.
