Description
Provide STP loop protection for a given STP family protocol interface.
Default
If the bpdu-timeout-action statement is not configured, an interface that stops receiving BPDUs will transition to the designated port (forwarding) state, creating a potential loop.
Options
alarm—The interface raises an alarm condition if it has not received BPDUs during the timeout interval.
block—The interface is blocked if it has not received BPDUs during the timeout interval.
