Description

Configure automatic RP announcement and discovery.

Options

announce—Configures the routing device to listen only for mapping packets and also to advertise itself if it is an RP.

discovery—Configures the routing device to listen only for mapping packets.

mapping—Configures the routing device to announce, listens for and generates mapping packets, and announces that the routing device is eligible to be an RP.
