clear services flow-collector statistics (all | interface interface-name)

Description
(M40e, M160, and M320 routers and T Series routers only) Clear statistics for one flow collector interface or for all flow collector interfaces.
Options
- all
Clear statistics for all configured flow collector interfaces.
- interface interface-name
Clear statistics for the specified flow collector interface (cp-fpc/pic/port).
