Deleting an iJMB
Device data that is collected by Service Now and displayed on the Device Snapshots page can be deleted from the Service Now database.
To delete an iJMB:
- From the Service Now task ribbon, select Service Central > Information > Device Snapshots. The Device Snapshots page is displayed.
- Select the organization whose device information you want to delete. If you want to delete data from more than one organization, use the Multiple tab.
- Click Delete from the Actions panel. Click Delete again to confirm deletion. The iJMBs from the selected organizations will be deleted from the Service Now database and they will no longer appear on the Device Snapshots page.
