Interpreting the Enterprise-Specific SONET/SDH Interface Management MIB

The enterprise-specific SONET/SDH Interface Management MIB sends the current alarm state for each SONET/SDH interface. When the alarm state changes on an interface, the MIB updates its alarm status.
