Syntax

Command introduced in JUNOS Release 10.1.

Description

(MX Series routers only) Control the operation of the Modular Interface Cards (MICs) installed on a Modular Port Concentrator (MPC).

Options

offline

Take the MIC offline.

online

Bring the MIC online.

fpc-slot slot-number

FPC slot number where the MIC is installed. Replace slot-number with a value 0 through 11.

mic-slot slot-number

MIC slot number. Replace slot-number with 0 or 1.
