Scanning iJMBs for Impact
Service Now allows you to view the devices impacted by the vulnerabilities described in the inform message.
To scan iJMBs and view the impacted devices:
- From the Service Now task ribbon, select Service Central > Information > Messages. The Messages page is displayed.
- Select the message that you want to scan for impact.
- Click Scan for Impact from the Actions
panel. The Scan for Impact Results page displays the list of devices
that are impacted by the selected message. If no devices are impacted
by the selected message, the following message is displayed:
No impacted devices found.
