Deleting a Device
When you delete a device, the device is deleted from Service Now, but it is not deleted from the Junos Space Platform. The incidents and JMBs related to the device are also deleted.
To delete a device from Service Now:
- From the Service Now task ribbon, select Administration > Service Now Devices. The Devices page lists the Service Now devices.
- Select the device that you want to delete.
To select more than one device, use the Multiple tab.
- Click Delete Devices from the Actions
panel.

- Click Delete Devices from the Actions panel. The Delete Devices dialog box asks you for a confirmation.
- Click Delete. The selected device is deleted from the Service Now database and will no longer appear on the Devices page.
