Statement introduced before JUNOS Release 7.4.

Description

For J-series Services Routers only. Configure the interface on which to perform autoinstallation. A request for an IP address is sent from the interface. Specify the IP address procurement protocol.

Options

bootp
rarp—Send requests over Ethernet interfaces.
slarp—Send requests over serial interfaces.
