Description

Configure Timer C, an INVITE transaction timeout. The timer tracks the duration of time waiting for a final response to an INVITE request, ensuring that resources are released if the timer expires. When Timer C expires, a CANCEL is sent to the caller and a 408 error message (Request timeout) is sent to the call recipient.
