Statement introduced before JUNOS Release 7.4.

type inform option added in JUNOS Release 7.4.

Select management targets for notifications as well as the type of notifications. Notifications can be either traps or informs.

name—Name assigned to the notification.
tag-name—Notifications are sent to all targets configured with this tag.
type—Notification type is trap or inform. Traps are unconfirmed notifications. Informs are confirmed notifications.
