Interoperating with Other Vendors

If you are configuring your Juniper Networks router to interoperate with other vendors’ routers, verify the following:

All provider tunnels use the same group address.
All routers are configured with the same IP address for the lo0.n interface in the routing instance as the IP address for the lo0.0 interface in the master instance.
The other vendor’s router supports route target extended community attributes.
The other vendor’s router is configured to export route target extended community attributes.
