Statement introduced before JUNOS Release 7.4.

Description

Specify the output transmission queue to which to map all input from an associated forwarding class.

On the M120, M320, MX-series, and T-series platforms, this statement allows you to configure up to eight forwarding classes with one-to-one mapping to output queues. If you want to configure up to 16 forwarding classes with multiple forwarding classes mapped to single output queues, use the class statement instead of the queue statement at the [edit class-of-service forwarding-classes] hierarchy level.

Options

class-name—Name of forwarding class.

queue-number—Output queue number.

Range: For M-series routing platforms, 0 through 3. For MX-series, T-series, M120, and M320 platforms, 0 through 7. Some T-series PICs are restricted to 0 through 3.
