Meaning
The show services pgcp terminations vpg-name h248 command presents the H.248 parameters as they have been set through PGCP requests and commands from the PGC. Comparing this output with the expected PGCP requests reveals whether there was a problem with the requests and commands that the PGC sent to the VPG.
