Creating BSG Instances

Each BSG instance needs to be associated with a MultiServices PIC. You can associate one BSG with a PIC.

Step-by-Step Procedure

To configure a BSG instance:

  1. Create a BSG, and assign a name to the BSG.
    [edit services border-signaling-gateway]
    user@host#edit gateway bsg-1
  2. Assign a MultiServices PIC to the BSG instance.
    [edit services border-signaling-gateway gateway bsg-1]
    user@host#edit service-interface ms-1/2/0
