• adaptive—Padding until state of neighbor adjacency is 'up'.
• loose—Padding until state of adjacency is 'initializing'.
• strict—Padding for all adjacency states.

<ldp-synchronization>—Advertise maximum metric until LDP is operational.

<lsp-interval>—Interval between LSP transmissions.
