Statement introduced before JUNOS Release 7.4.
Enable packet-scheduling mode, in which the Packet Director application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) schedules packet dispatches to compensate for transport delay differences. This preserves the interpacket gaps as the packets are distributed from the Packet Director ASIC to the Packet Forwarding Engine.
