Statement introduced in JUNOS Release 9.3.

Description

Specify the method and reason that the VPG includes in Registration Request ServiceChange commands when it attempts to reregister with the PGC or register with a new PGC after the control association is disconnected.

Default

If you do not specify an option, the VPG includes RS/902 (restart-902).

Options

failover-909—PGC impending failure. The VPG is reregistering with a new PGC following a disconnection of the VPG and PGC.
restart-902—Warm boot. The VPG is attempting to reregister with existing states after a PGC failure.
