Configuring Link Bandwidth

To configure the link bandwidth extended communities attribute, include the bandwidth statement:



bandwidth:as:bandwidth;

You can include this statement at the following hierarchy levels:

[edit policy-options community name members]
[edit logical-systems logical-system-name policy-options community name members]

Specifying link bandwidth allows you to distribute traffic unequally among different BGP paths.

Note: The link bandwidth attribute does not work concurrently with per-prefix load balancing.
