Overview of IP Demux Underlying Interface Family Type

IP demultiplexing (demux) interfaces must use an underlying logical interface to receive packets. You must specify this underlying interface as having either a destination or source interface family type.

Note: IP demux interfaces currently support only the Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) suite (inet).
