For link services and voice services interfaces only, configure the maximum time, in milliseconds, to wait for an add link acknowledgment, hello acknowledgment, or remove link acknowledgment message.

milliseconds—Time, in milliseconds, to wait for an add link acknowledgment, hello acknowledgment, or remove link acknowledgment message.
