Statement introduced in JUNOS Release 9.2.

Description

Establish duration for graceful restart duration for multicast snooping. By default, graceful restart for multicast snooping is disabled. You can set this value between 1 and 256 seconds. If you set the duration to 0, graceful restart is effectively disabled. You should set this value slightly larger than the IGMP query response interval
