Configuring the Maximum Helper Recovery Time
To configure the amount of time the router retains
the state of its RSVP neighbors while they undergo a graceful restart,
include the maximum-helper-recovery-time statement at the [edit protocols rsvp graceful-restart] hierarchy level. This
value is applied to all neighboring routers, so it should be based
on the time required by the slowest RSVP neighbor to recover.
