Standard SNMP Traps on EX Series Ethernet Switches
Apart from the standard SNMP traps listed
in the preceding sections, JUNOS Software also supports the following
standard traps on the EX Series Ethernet Switches:
- ptopoConfigChange—Generated when the value
of ptopoLastChangeTime changes. Enables a network management
system to trigger physical topology table maintenance polls. (RFC
2622, PTOPO MIB)
- pethPsePortOnOffNotification—Generated
when the power supply status of a PSE port changes. Indicates whether
the PSE port is supplying power to the PD port or not. (RFC 3621Power Ethernet MIB)
- pethMainPowerUsageOnNotification—Generated
when the PSE threshold indicator is on (RFC 3621Power Ethernet
MIB).
- pethMainPowerUsageOffNotification—Generated
when the PSE threshold indicator is off (RFC 3621Power Ethernet
MIB).
