Release Information

Statement introduced before JUNOS Release 7.4.

Description

Create a profile to filter and collect packet and byte count statistics and write them

to a file in the /var/log directory. To apply the profile to a firewall filter, you include the accounting-profile statement at the [edit firewall filter filter-name] hierarchy level. For more information on firewall filters, see the JUNOS Network Interfaces Configuration Guide.

profile-name—Name of the filter profile.
