Configuring Color Actions (SRC CLI)

You can configure color actions for JUNOSe policy rules. The type of action that you can create depends on the type of policy rule.

Use the following configuration statements to configure color actions:

policies group name list name rule name color name {
color color;
description description;
}

To configure a color action:

  1. From configuration mode, enter the color action configuration. For example, in this procedure, ca is the name of the color action.
    user@host# edit policies group junose_filter list in rule pr color ca
  2. (Optional) Configure the color that is applied to a packet when it passes through the router.
    [edit policies group junose_filter list in rule pr filter ca]
    user@host# set color color
  3. (Optional) Enter a description for the color action.
    [edit policies group junose_filter list in rule pr filter ca]
    user@host# set description description
  4. (Optional) Verify the color action configuration.
    [edit policies group junose_filter list in rule pr filter ca]
user@host# show 
color green;
description "Color action for JUNOSe IPv6 policies";
