Configuring Congestion Points in the Directory

To configure individual backbone congestion points:

Click Configure>Shared>Congestion Points.
The Congestion Points pane appears.
In the Create new list, select Profile. Type a name for the new profile in the dialog box, and click OK.
The Congestion Point Profile screen appears.
Enter information as described in the Help text in the main pane, and click Apply.
