Description
Sets the estimated time it takes to transmit a
link-state update packet on the interface. The no version restores the default value.

You must issue the address area command before issuing this
command.

Options
-
ipAddress—OSPF interface address
previously specified with the address command
- unnumbered—Indicates that OSPF is running on an
unnumbered interface previously specified with the address command

transmDelay—Link-state transmit
delay, a number in the range 0–3600 seconds; default value is
1 second
