Applies the specified route map to all BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, or RIP routes about to be added to the IP routing table. The no version halts application of the route map.

For removing route maps for all other cases:
- mapTagA string of up to 32 alphanumeric characters that specifies the name of the route map; for each protocol, the route map can set only the following values:
- BGPDistance, IP next hop, level, metric, metric type, route type, and tag values
- IS-ISDistance, level, metric, metric type, origin, preference, route type, and tag values; IS-IS IPv6 supports only a single route map
- OSPFDistance, metric, metric type, route type, and tag values
- RIPDistance, metric, and tag values
