overload advertise-high-metric issu

Description: 

Configures IS-IS or OSPF to advertise the maximum link cost on each interface to its neighbors when a unified in-service software upgrade is started, causing neighbors to route around the upgrading router. The no version restores the default behavior, which is to advertise configured link costs.

Syntax: 

[ no ] overload advertise-high-metric issu
