l2tp drain
Prevents the creation of new destinations, tunnels, and sessions for the router. This command works in conjunction with the l2tp shutdown command. Both commands affect the status of the administrative state of L2TP on the router; the l2tp drain command sets the administrative state to drain. The no version allows the creation of new destinations, tunnels, and sessions for the router.
