boot force-backup

Description: 

Forces the router to use the backup software release file or router configuration file on the next boot. The no version sets the router to use the default release or configuration file on the next boot.

NOTE: After the router has used the backup settings, the no boot force-backup command is the only way to get the router to use the default settings again.

Syntax: 

[ no ] boot force-backup
