Setting the Mask Value for IP and IPv6 Rate-Limit Profiles
You can use the mask-val command to set the mask value used for IP and IPv6 rate-limit profiles.5.2.0b1
ID-2170 Use the mask values to set the appropriate bits in the ToS
field of the IP packet header or in the traffic class field of the
IPv6 packet header. The no version restores
the default value, 255. This command is associated with the committed-action, conformed-action. and exceeded-action commands.
- Issue the mask-val command
from Rate Limit Profile Configuration mode:
- host1(config-rate-limit-profile)#mask-val
