Displays F4 OAM statistics.

interfaceSpecifier—Particular interface; format varies according to interface type; see Interface Types and Specifiers
vpi—Virtual path identifier
segment—Displays information about segment F4 OAM circuits
end-to-end—Displays information about end-to-end F4 OAM circuits
