no serial description

Command introduced before JUNOSe Release 7.1.0.

Description

Assigns a text description or an alias to a serial HDLC interface. Use the show interfaces serial command to display the text description. The no version removes the description or alias.

Options

name—Text string or alias of up to 80 characters for the serial interface
