Description
Sets the minimum interval between the sending of
BGP updates for a given prefix. The no version
restores the default interval.
Options

ipAddress—IP address of BGP
neighbor

ipv6Address—IPv6 address of
BGP neighbor

peerGroupName—Name of a BGP
peer group. If you specify a BGP peer group by using the peerGroupName argument, all the members of the peer group
inherit the characteristic configured with this command, unless it
is overridden for a specific peer.

seconds—Interval in seconds
between update messages; in the range 0–600; default value is
30 seconds for external peers and 5 seconds for internal peers
