Syntax

ipv6 pim ssm { default | range ipv6AccessList }

no ipv6 pim ssm

Release Information

Command introduced before JUNOSe Release 7.1.0.

Description

Enables SSM and defines the SSM range of IPv6 multicast addresses. The no version disables SSM on the router.

Options

• default—Specifies that SSM use the IANA-specified range of 232/8
• ipv6AccessList—Name of the IPv6 access list that specifies the range of multicast addresses you want SSM to use
