Command introduced before JUNOSe Release 7.1.0.

Sets the time zone for display. The no version sets the time zone to UTC.

name—Name of the time zone to be displayed when Standard time is in effect, such as EST or PST.
hours—Hours offset from UTC (-23, -22 … 23)
minutes—Minutes offset from UTC (0–59)
