[ no ] bgp advertise-inactive

Command introduced before JUNOSe Release 7.1.0.

Description

Enables the advertisement of inactive BGP received routes—routes that are considered by BGP to be “ best routes” and therefore are present in the IP forwarding table, but that are not being used for forwarding. The no version restores the default state of normal route advertisement, whereby BGP advertises received routes only if they are in the IP forwarding table and are being used to forward traffic, or if synchronization is enabled.
