Traffic Shaping for PPP over ATM Interfaces
The router supports the configuration of traffic
shaping parameters for PPP over ATM (PPPoA) via domain-based profiles
and RADIUS. In connection with this feature, Table 8 describes VSAs that apply to dynamic IP interfaces and are
supported on a per-user basis from RADIUS.

To configure traffic-shaping parameters for PPPoA
via domain maps, use the atm command in
Domain Map Configuration mode.
atm
- Use to configure traffic-shaping parameters for PPPoA.
- Use one of the following keywords to select the traffic
category to configure:
-
ubr—Unspecified bit
rate
-
ubrpcr—Unspecified bit
rate with peak cell rate
-
nrtvbr—Non–real
time variable bit rate
-
rtvbr—Real time variable
bit rate
-
cbr—Constant bit rate
- Example
- host1(config)#aaa domain-map atmTraffic
- host1(config-domain-map)#atm rtvbr 3897832145
3597861230 4294967295
- Use the no version to remove
the traffic-shaping configuration.
- See atm
