Displaying the Memory Installed

Before you install the new memory, issue the show hardware command to see how much memory is installed. Each ERX-7xx and ERX-14xx model SRP module usually has at least 256 MB of memory. You need one upgrade kit for each SRP module in the system.

Depending on the upgrade you are performing, the kit contains a specific number of SODIMMs.
