Known Behavior

This section lists known behavior for the Cloud CPE Centralized Deployment Model Release 1.5.

  • Update the security group in Contrail OpenStack to allow ingress traffic from different networks. Otherwise, the Junos Space Virtual Appliance may fail to discover a VNF or Contrail OpenStack may drop traffic.
  • Before you delete a customer in Customer Portal:
    1. Terminate the transit network for the customer.
    2. Remove all sites associated with the customer.
  • With Administration Portal, you cannot allocate specific network service profiles to a customer or list the network service profiles allocated to a customer. When you click Import and Assign Service Profiles in the Tenants tab of Administration Portal, you make all network services in the catalog available to all customers. You can then view the available network services in Customer Portal. You must import network service profiles with this method when you:
    • Publish new network service packages with Network Service Designer.
    • Create new customers in Administration Portal. [CV-606]
  • When you use Customer Portal to activate a network service on a network link, you must configure the following settings for each VNF in the network service:
    • Hostname
    • NTP server
    • DNS name server
  • We recommend that you use the current version of the Google Chrome web browser to access Contrail Service Orchestration GUIs.
