Cloud CPE Centralized Deployment Model Setup Overview

After you have installed the Cloud CPE Centralized Deployment Model, you use the following APIs to set up the Cloud CPE Centralized Deployment Model:

    • Cloud CPE Tenant, Site and Service Manager APis, which manage customers (also called tenants), manage customer sites, and map each customer’s network services to the appropriate gateway resources, such as the Layer 2 access interfaces and routing instances.
    • Identity and Access Manager APIs, which manage identifiers and roles for customers and users.
    • Network Service Orchestration APIs, which manage network services and communicate with Contrail OpenStack, the Virtualized Infrastructure Manager (VIM).
    • Contrail OpenStack API, which manages points of presence (POPs), service chains, and virtual machines (VMs) that contain service chains.

The following sections describe how to set up the Cloud CPE Centralized Deployment Model for an organization called Buddhi. After you complete the setup procedures, the administrator of this organization can log in to the Customer Portal to manage sites and network services.
