Add a Source NAT Pool
You are here: Configure > Security Services > NAT > Source.
To add a source NAT pool:
- Click the add icon (+) on the upper right
side of the Source NAT Pool page.
The Add Source NAT Pool page appears.
- Complete the configuration according to the guidelines provided in Table 1.
- Click OK to save the changes. If you want to discard your changes, click Cancel.
Table 1: Fields on the Add Source NAT Pool Page
Field | Description |

Pool Name | Enter a source NAT pool name. |
Pool Description | Enter a description for the source NAT pool. |
Routing Instance | Select a routing instance from the list. |
Pool Address Family | Select a source NAT pool IPv4 or IPv6 address family. |
Pool Addresses | Enter the source NAT pool address range in the From and To text boxes. Click + to add the addresses. To delete any addresses, select the address you want to delete and click X. |
Port Translation | Select a port translation option from the list:

Address Assignment | Select an option:

Upper Threshold | Enter an upper threshold percentage at which an SNMP trap is triggered. Range: 50 through 100. |
Lower Threshold | Enter a lower threshold percentage at which an SNMP trap is triggered. Range: 40 through 100. Note: This option can be set only if you configure the upper threshold value. |
